Rock Farm Electronics LLC is a small fast-response company.  Our shop is 1000+ square feet of assembly, test and machine shop.  We have five assembly/test workstations and a small machine shop. Rock Farm has anti-static workstations and is ROHS compliant. To date our facility has been sufficient to accommodate all of the work we have been able to take.  We look forward to the time when we out-grow the facility and are in a position to move into a bigger, more modern facility.  We have both Lead-Free and legacy SN/PB soldering capability.  We have two single iron soldering stations and two double iron soldering stations.  We have both Lead-Free and SN/PB solder pots for wire tinning.  We have an automated wire stripper capable of stripping up to 14 AWG wire.
 

At Rock Farm we build test fixtures and assembly tools to improve throughput and quality.  Our test and assembly stations are all stocked with full sets of tools commonly used in the industry. Test equipment includes digital and analog oscilloscopes, Signal generators, power supplies and DVM's. We have a network of test computers used to run client applications needed for specific testing.
