We  remember.  We listen and understand what is communicated.  We remember what we say we will do and we expect the same from our clients.

We document.  If we say we will do something we follow it up with a written statement. 

We trust.  We trust our clients.  Help us maintain that trust.  Without trust the customer is not "always right".

We are confident.  We believe in our knowledge, skills and abilities.  We will use them to carry out any agreement we make to our client's satisfaction.

We are independent.  We need our clients, but not to our own detriment.

We are thinkers.  Cognitive processing is naturally inherent in us.  We think about the effects of what we do and say.

We take action.  We get started, we keep going, we finish early or on time.

We are demanding.  We don't hope to meet these expectations. We require it of ourselves and our clients.
