We are cost competitive.  We compete for work with your regular employees and other outside contractors.  As a contract manufacturer our competitive edge is cost control.  At Rock Farm we call it cost effectiveness!

We know quality.  Quality is working units, acceptable (customer established) aesthetics, clean assemblies, and standards based.  We are not ISO 9000 certified, but apply the principles.  IPC standards are the core of our electronics assembly  quality.

We love tools.  We determine what tools are necessary to do the work and then either build them or buy them.

We are scalable.  We do what you need when you need it.  If you need large quantities or small quantities we can do that.

We are flexible.  We can do many types of products and process.  We can handle mixed deliveries and quantities based upon your schedule requirements.

We are troubleshooters.  We figure out what needs to be done and do it.  If there are process or product problems we evaluate, understand and solve problems quickly and without complaint.

We are team players.  If you have demanding requirements we step up.  We like high expectations of us and have them of ourselves.

We work hard.  Lean manufacturing is what we are all about.  Doing more with less, in less time, at lower cost, with higher quality.  That is the core of lean manufacturing and that is what we do.

We are futuristic.  We keep abreast of the trends in the industry.  We study, learn, grow, and apply new methods and techniques.
