Rock Farm Electronics, LLC
Sales and Service Policies
- Manufacturing, testing, or design orders will be accepted
as the result of
a written quote from Rock Farm Electronics, LLC and a Purchase Order
from the customer.
- On-site services will be performed at the customer
site at an agreed upon hourly rate. Verbal Purchase Orders (PO) are accepted only on service
to be performed at the customer site. Customers may call and ask for service on
site for a minimum 4 hours without the need for a written Purchase Order.
Verbal agreements made on the telephone for service on-site are binding
upon Rock Farm employees showing up at the work site.
Cancellations are accepted up to the end of the day prior to the
requested work day.
- Verbal Requests For Quote (RFQ) will be accepted and
will include a request for a price and a delivery schedule. Delivery schedules are binding
when they are contained within a
written quote from Rock Farm Electronics, LLC and result in a Customer
Purchase Order. All quotes by Rock Farm Electronics, LLC expire within
10 business days of the date on the quote or in the event that the quote
results in a Customer Purchase Order (PO). Follow-on orders at the same
price and delivery are not guaranteed and will be considered new a Request
For Quote (RFQ)
- Orders will be expedited at
an agreed upon expedite fee, in writing by Rock Farm Electronics, LLC and included in the
Customer Purchase Order.
- Manufacturing, testing, and design work stoppages
as a result of
customer actions will result in an invoice for work performed. Stopped work will be started again
after a
customer request to restart and only after Rock Farm Electronics LLC. has given
both an intent to re-start the work and has agreed to a new delivery
schedule in writing.
- The customer is responsible for the accuracy of the necessary
kits and supplies and to see that they are provided at the agreed upon time. Delivery dates are
binding if the customer provides the necessary materials and
supplies by the date stated in writing in the quote and in the purchase order. Kits that are incomplete and are delivered to Rock Farm
Electronics LLC will constitute a work stoppage (Item 5) on the customer
part and will require an intent to re-start work and a new delivery
schedule in writing from Rock Farm Electronics LLC.
- These policies are subject to change at any time.
